Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday evenings, June 15 - 17. Sunday class to meet at Blessed Sacrament Parish, 6657 Sunset Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90028; 7:00-8:30 PM. Monday - Tuesday classes 7:00- 8:45 PM at LMU. Sunday night's lecture at Blessed Sacrament is both the first night of the course and also a stand-alone, free-and-open-to-the-public event. Cinema can provide marvelous opportunities to help ourselves and others meet Jesus in daily life. These very visual and practical presenations will look at a variety of film clips from major motion pictures through the lens of the Gospels and offer suggestions for an authentic experience of cinema divina.
